Keep the
guide free.
London Free Guide costs nothing to read and we want to keep it that way. No ad walls, no affiliate junk, no paywall on the good stuff. If it has saved you money or a dull afternoon, a few quid keeps it going.
Most guides sell you. We don't.
The internet figured out long ago that a free guide usually means you're the product. Pop-ups, cookie banners that never end, ten affiliate links between you and the actual address. We think that ruins the thing, so we don't do it.
Instead the whole guide stays free and open, and the people who can chip in keep it free for the people who can't. That's the deal. It is the same model that keeps a good local paper or a community noticeboard alive, just for free London.
We're a tiny operation. Every supporter genuinely moves the needle.

We're starting to run free supporter walks around the spots we love. Season Ticket holders get first dibs before they fill up.
First dibsYour name on the wall
A small but real thank-you. Your first name joins the supporters wall on this page, because you're the reason it's still free.
The wallWhat you never have to pay for
This is the spine of the guide and it stays open to anyone with a phone and a free afternoon. Support keeps it that way, it doesn't unlock it.
Straight back into finding free stuff
No office, no team of ten, no marketing budget. It's mostly travel, time and the boring bills that keep a website on. Here's roughly how a supporter pound splits.
The people keeping it free
A small, real thank-you to everyone chipping in. Real names only, no padding.
The wall goes live with our first supporters. Your name could open it.
